    I just have to much extra energy even after 3 bike rides 2 runs and swimming in the river I don’t drink coffee this is rediculess how can one person have this much energy

    I’m not sure if I have insomnia. I was on school break and I slept later than usual and started having the habit of sleeping all day and staying awake all night like a owl then I tried sleep medication so I could go to sleep regularly and it was interrupted and I dont wanna have that day to day basis on sleeping pills cuz it doesnt sound healthy so I tried to take day nap early in the morning I thought maybe I would be sleepy again at night that didnt work so I slept for a few hours in the day and tried to stay sleep longer to get into that hour zone to sleep regularly (I dont know why I even thought that one would work) and I tried to stay up for a whole day (day and night) and wait till the next night to get rest and I fell asleep in the day and failed at my plan and its an endless circle and the only time I can sleep is in the day like a vampire or owl geez if u have any suggestions on what to do, feel free to leave a comment.     I have a doubt.
    wether the total amount of sleep is reduced in insomnia or just the pattern of sleep has changed ( sleeping from 5 in morning till 11 ) or it means reduced total amount of sleep .

    I have trouble falling asleep but when I do I only sleep about six hours and I feel good during the day.

    Great.. I have bipolar disorder, anxiety disorders, anorexia, and insomnia..😑..I’m just feeling terrible..

    Low D-vitamin values and magnesium levels can cause problems with sleep together with Mobile and computer during evening.Would rather suggest taking magnesium and Omega-3. I am not a Doctor but it helps me.
