    Just finished my fourth CBT session, and yes I have noticed some improvement. I’m curious if anyone else with social anxiety feels temporarily WAY worse immediately after a session (not to scare anyone away). There’s no reason for it, but I keep going over the discussion in my head afterward, wondering if what I said made any sense. That’s just part of the disorder though I think. That and it feels a little weird to talk about myself for that long. I keep worrying about boring the therapist!
